For the blinking, the pupils should also dilate a little to readjust to the light. The timing seems okay.  For the petals, first, petals are really hard, so i commend you for even trying. Second, try to take out a few, and have them move more horizontally, almost 45 degrees, as well as back and forth in wavy paths. Also, start them off screen and end them off screen. I know you didn't ask for a critique but anytime I see someone shoot them in the foot (by saying things like "Animating poorly") I can't help but give them some form of advice, especially when they have such a beautiful style and great talent.
